Psammodes sulcicollis. Peringvey Wankie Zimbabwe. Cought 9th December 1999. They do get larger than this specimen, but I have never cought a larger one. They are reputed to reach 80mm and are the largest Tenebrionid in the world. From the Colin R. Owen collection. |
